Additionally, for a total of $125.00, I'll offer personalized dietary advice, my daily menu recommendations, and, of course, your well-deserved cheat day—we all need one! Payment can be conveniently made online or via Venmo or Zelle. As a bonus, new clients who sign up will receive a $20 discount on my skincare services, including massages or facials. Furthermore, we can schedule a Zoom training session together. If you have basic equipment, that's a good start because you can work out at home, in your garage, or wherever your travels take you. What is Ear Candling?
